• A great place to hold your event!

    This hall has a fully equipped kitchen, and comes with tables and chairs. The main area has a max capacity of 90 people. If you need more space the upper level may also be rented for an additional fee, call for details.

    This facility is wheelchair accessible.

    Fees:

    Main area: $200.00 per day

    Main & Upper Level: $300.00 per day

    Security/Damage Deposit: varies per event, please contact Cathy to discuss your deposit options.

    All rental fees are due one month before event date, please contact Cathy to check availability, or if you have any questions.

    Policies:

    Signed rental agreement and damage deposit must be made to secure the rental date.

    For events that will have liquor available, a liquor license and host liability insurance is mandatory. Copies of both must be submitted to the booking agent at least two weeks prior to the event.

    • Renters are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary liquor permits and host liability insurance (2 million minimum) for their event as defined in the rental agreement.

    All rental fees are due one month prior to the event date.

    Facility clean up must take place the day/night of the event unless other arrangements have been made with the booking agent. Not all requests can be accommodated.

    This is a non-smoking facility

    Animals are strickly prohibited inside the hall at all times, with the exception of working service animals.

    Damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of the event pending an inspection of the facility and no evidence of damage.

    Our facility may not be able to accommodate any and all types of events. Therefore the Hay Lakes Recreation Association and its booking agent reserves the right to refuse rental of the facility for any misrepresentation of the booked event by the renter at any time during the rental process in its entirety.
